Thought Field Therapy (TFT)

Based on the principles of the meridian points used in acupuncture, TFT involves the client tapping on certain meridian points under direction of the therapist. This eliminates unwanted emotions fast, some times within minutes. Though some problems may take a few sessions depending upon the severity. It treats phobias, anxiety, and stress, to name but a few.

Hypnosis
A tremendously pleasant state of relaxation. Hypnosis is not like you have seen on the TV you have full control and the hypnotherapist cannot make you do any thing that you do not wish to do. Hypnosis can assist with confidence and performance as well as weight loss and smoking cessation.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps people understand that the way they think affects the way they feel. It can help deal with stress and anxiety and challenge unwanted thoughts. The process will enable you to have more confidence in the way you think and react to situations in life.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
